  • No smoking allowed at this property.
  • Minimum rental age: 25 years.

  • Maximum occupancy: 10 occupants (including children unless under two years old and sleeping in a crib).
  • Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Dog-friendly property. Pet fee: $250 for one dog (non-refundable), $350 for two dogs.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
